ADJUSTMENTS FOR EMBODIMENT
15 Hour Katonah Yoga Intensive
with Dages Juvelier Keates + Reni Bickel (NY)
KATONAH YOGA® accredited education
YACEP Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program
This training will deepen your understanding of Katonah Yoga’s central metaphors and practices. The primary goal is to embody your own practice with recipes for joy in asana and pranayama. The secondary goal is to become competent in the adjustments, diagnostics, and philosophy of this therapeutic practice in order to guide others towards rich embodiment.
The 15 hours of study and practice offer an opportunity to dive deeply into the Katonah Yoga material for the first time, or to continue and intensify your studies and gain competency with technical hands-on adjustments.
Katonah Yoga articulates a philosophy of the body that is formal and informative. Alignment focused and theory forward, this hands-on-training will give students new insights into becoming well adjusted and well informed.
For students and teachers alike.
